Kinjaka is an independent community prediction game operated by Kinjaka. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official football governing body, tournament, or organizer, including FIFA or any national football association.
Kinjaka lets organizers ("you") create private prediction leagues for their audience around the 2026 FIFA World Cup fixture list. The service is free for organizers and players, with no limit on the number of players in a league.
Optional paid "Pro" arrangements, such as running advertising or sponsorships in your league, selling tickets, merchandise or entry to your players, or bespoke branding and customization, are arranged directly with us on request.
Any paid Pro arrangement is quoted and agreed individually before work begins. The applicable fees, scope, and refund terms are set out in the agreement we provide to you at that time. The free service carries no charge. For Pro enquiries, contact us at hello@kinjaka.com.
Kinjaka is a free-to-play prediction game for entertainment. No money changes hands between players. Organizers may choose to offer a prize at their own discretion; Kinjaka has no involvement in, or liability for, any prizes offered by organizers. It is your responsibility to ensure any prize you offer complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use Kinjaka for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, to distribute spam, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
We collect your email address for the purpose of delivering your league and sending relevant updates. We do not sell your data. By submitting your email you consent to receiving emails from Kinjaka. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@kinjaka.com.
Kinjaka is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
