Kinjaka is an independent community prediction game operated by Kinjaka. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official football governing body, tournament, or organizer, including FIFA or any national football association.
Kinjaka allows league organizers ("you") to create private prediction leagues for their audience around the 2026 FIFA World Cup fixture list. Players join for free; organizers pay a one-time fee to set up and run a league.
This is a pre-sale. By purchasing, you are reserving a founder slot on our waitlist. Your league will be set up and delivered before the Round of 16 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We will contact you by email with next steps before that date.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase. Because this is a pre-sale for a service to be delivered before a specific date, refunds are available on request up to 14 days after purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered. After delivery, no refunds are issued. To request a refund, contact us at hello@kinjaka.com.
Kinjaka is a free-to-play prediction game for entertainment. No money changes hands between players. Organizers may choose to offer a prize at their own discretion; Kinjaka has no involvement in, or liability for, any prizes offered by organizers. It is your responsibility to ensure any prize you offer complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use Kinjaka for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, to distribute spam, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
We collect your email address for the purpose of delivering your league and sending relevant updates. We do not sell your data. By submitting your email you consent to receiving emails from Kinjaka. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@kinjaka.com.
Kinjaka is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
